For companies registered abroad we have a prepayment policy.
All prices are in SEK, excluding VAT.
Prices include rental of materials, unless otherwise stated. Workman Event AB and Kistamässan AB reserves the right to correct any typographical errors or changes in prices. Workman Event AB reserves the right to replace a product (or service) if it's sold out or in any other way impossible to deliver. Any reclamations must be provided no later than 8 days after the invoice date. Payment terms 10 days net. After the due date a interest will be charged at the applicable reference rate + 8%-units. Changing/cancellation later than 10 days before the event/exhibition are charged full price. Damage or loss of the rented product will be reimbursed fully by the exhibitor to Workman Event.

Optikmässan 2020 at Kistamässan!

Workman Event is Kistamässans cooperation partner
We are responsible for all the practical issues that are combined with a event/exhibition,
such as stand furniture, construction questions, electricity, logistics department and so on.
Our competent staff manages and holds the operational responsibility as Kistamässan
technical department.

On our Online Shop you can order all the necessary products for your stand, all at
competetive prices. It's easy to order and everything is online for your simplicity.
Ordered products will be delivered to your stand and ready for use when you arrive to move-in.
When the event/exhibition closes please leave the products in your stand, and we will
take care of them.

Graphic production - fully equipped for large format printing, laminating, banners, etc.
We draw and design sketches in 3D and can offer suggestions for your booth/stand in 3D.
Carpentry/varnish with industrial machinery for production of expo furniture, interior etc.

NOTE!
Exhibitors with island stands have rules to follow regarding their both constructions.
See example here.

No stands are allowed to be above 3 meters at OPTIKMÄSSAN 2020, this also applies to flags etc. Lighting on truss is allowed without any branding.

Save money by placing your order on time!

Please note that we charge 30% extra for orders and services/products that are placed later than 9th of August . This also applies during move-in and on site at the event/exhibition.
A Change/cancellation made later than 9th of August will be charged full price. Damage or loss of the rented product will be reimbursed fully by the exhibitor to Workman Event.

Workman Event is an official partner and technical supplier at Kistamässan.
In addition to building the event/exhibitions framework, we gladly produce both small and big stands and we are always on site ready to help you with any questions regarding your stand.
We draw, produce and build stand/booths entirely according to your wishes.
